Christmas Exchange and Returns Policy

As customer satisfaction and peace of mind are very important to us, we have decided to EXTEND our Returns Policy for Christmas. 

Any order placed from 31st October 2025 to 21st December 2025 must be received in our Warehouse by 7th January 2026 to qualify for a refund, or by 26th January 2026 to qualify for an exchange or credit note. 

* Please be advised that we will not accept any return that falls under our Christmas Returns Policy after this date.

 

A Mainline delivery bag

 

We require the goods to be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn and with the original tags still attached. Please do not worry if the packaging the items came in is ripped – you can parcel them up in different outer packaging to return them. We also allow for items to have been tried on but not worn.

Please check your postcode using the link on our Returns page. If not, please use recorded delivery and add the relevant insurance to cover yourselves against non-delivery by your chosen courier.
