Our Christmas Exchange and Returns Policy.

As customer satisfaction and peace of mind are very important to us, we have decided to EXTEND our Returns Policy for Christmas.

Any order placed from the 31st October 2025 to the 21st December 2025 would need to be received into our Warehouse by the 7th January 2026 for a refund, or by the *26th January 2026 for an exchange or credit note.

Until you are sure you will keep the item, please do not dispose of the packaging or remove barcodes, labels or tags.

It is your responsibility to select an appropriate courier, and the relevant service and insurance to return items to us. For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of face masks, underwear, earrings or foam and spray cleaners.
