As customer satisfaction and peace of mind are very important to us, we have decided to EXTEND our Returns Policy for Christmas.
Any order placed from the 31st October 2026 to the 21st December 2026 would need to be received into our Warehouse by the 7th January 2027 for a refund, or by the *26th January 2027 for an exchange or credit note.
*Please be advised that we will not accept any return that falls under our Christmas Returns Policy after this date.
